C. Technical Assistance Project
Technical Assistance for DD Councils 2003-2006 (RFP # 233-03-0038) This contract focuses specifically on the technical assistance component for the State Councils on Developmental Disabilities. Through the systems change, capacity building and advocacy efforts of Councils, the purpose of this procurement is to enhance the Council network by providing technical assistance to State Councils on Developmental Disabilities. Technical assistance in this proposal is based on not only providing uniform information and materials for all State Councils on federal regulation and policies but program improvement information based on each Council's unique needs at their state level.
