Coming in 2006. This section will contain examples of Council's Executive Orders and/or State Statutes showing you how Council's exist in State government. The Relationship of State Councils on Developmental Disabilities to the Administration on Developmental Disabilities (ADD) - ADD is the federal administering agency for the DD Act programs. State Councils on Developmental Disabilities are grantees of ADD - and are accountable to ADD. ADD develops program regulations and provides technical assistance and guidance to state programs.
